2008 ,the Group successful acquired JLB Tower;
2009.11.27, JLB Tower was formally renamed as "Times Property Center" and became recognized as a "development base for a headquarters economy" by the Government of Yuexiu District;
2010, the Group enhanced its presence in the Pearl River Delta with Guangzhou as the core, recording annual sales of over 6 billion yuan.
