United in strength for greater dreams. On January 20, 2012, the Times Property Annual Gathering 2011 entitled "the Power of Progress" was formally held in Guangzhou Dongfang Hotel. All the managers and employees of Times Property gathered here to share beautiful moments and to show their strength and unity toward progress and continued success. The annual gathering also witnessed the commendation of outstanding employees and teams in 2011 as well as the distribution of many lucky prizes.

On the afternoon of January 14, the annual councilors meeting of Times Property Charity Fund 2011 entitled "taking action for love" was formally held in the Westin Guangzhou. Over 110 persons attended the annual meeting, including all the councilors of the Charity Fund and members of the Company's management.

The awards ceremony for Employers of the Year (2011) in southern China was formally held in Guangzhou on January 11, 2012. The project quality summary meeting & awards ceremony for 2011 were formally held in the Westin Guangzhou on January 14, 2012. There were more than 150 participants, including directors, engineers, general contractors s and project supervisors of the Group‘s many different projects.

On December 28, 2011, with the New Year just around the corner, there were celebrations and happiness in the homes of senior citizens in Luogangxu of Luogang District, Guangzhou. Thanks to a charitable team from Times Property Charity Fund who organized an initiative to show their care and send their best wishes to those elderly aged 60 or above in Luogangxu.
