Spring means hope and vitality. The 2011 Annual Gathering of the Times Property Guangzhou Company Entitled "Creative Thinking for the Future 2012", was held on January 18, 2012. The annual gathering featured bees as the major element, with all the different departments depicted as hard-working bees. When all the bees return to the honeycomb, it indicates a return to vitality after the severity of winter and provides the momentum toward a better future!

The 2011 annual dinner of the Times Property Zhuhai Company was formally held on January 18, 2012. All employees of the Company gathered together to review the glorious moments of 2011 and to look forward to a better future. The annual gathering had the theme of "2012...Action!", expressing the hope that all employees of the Zhuhai Company will work hard toward creating even greater achievements in the new year.

The Year of the Dragon means auspicious wishes in Chinese culture. "Change" was the theme of the 2011 annual gathering of the Zhongshan Company held on January 17, 2012. All staff of the Zhongshan Company gathered in the Sheraton Hotel to celebrate the glorious yesterday and to look forward to an even better future. Tan Zhanghui, General Manager of the Zhongshan Company, who has been leading the branch in the continuous creation of miracles, encouraged everyone to devote themselves with greater enthusiasm and even better efforts toward more success in the new year.

The much-anticipated New Year concert for 2012 entitled "Voices of Super Stars in Zhuhai", specially presented by Times Property, was held in the Zhuhai Sports Center on the evening of January 8, 2012. Stars such as Alan Tam, Sammi Cheng and Dave Wang fulfilled their promise and delivered a high-quality and multiple styled audio-visual feast to the citizens of Zhuhai.

Thanks to the great support of its customers, Times King City (Zhongshan) recorded an excellent sales performance at the Christmas debut and at the subsequent launch on New Year's Day. In recognition of this, we especially organized a mahjong competition to celebrate the Chinese New Year, in order to provide the owners with another entertainment option as well as a platform for communication and exchanges.
