Laguna Garden is located on Jichang Road of Baiyun District in the city, with a total building area of about 200,000 square meters, consisting of thirteen apartment buildings of 15 floors. The project integrates a kindergarten, a community club, a swimming pool, a supermarket and other facilities.
         Laguna Garden features rational layout and smooth organization, with pedestrian and vehicle flows separated and free from mutual disturbance. The facade is elegant and rational, with a new regional style that combines neo-classical elegance with the Southeast Asian gentleness.
         Laguna Garden has landscaped areas of over 10,000 square meters, which were designed by the Australian Gillespies Company. Entrance to the community is unique in its design, with the cool green buffer zone serving as an interface with the outside world. Climbing up the stairs and entering the modern transparent pavilion, you can see plenty of palm trees all around, and a small leisure plaza carefully integrated with the surrounding nature.
