• Mr. Guan Jianhui

  He serves as Executive Director of Times China. He is primarily responsible for setting and improving working standards on the business of the Group.

  He holds an EMBA from Peking University. He is a member of 15th People's Congress of Guangzhou.

• Mr. Bai Xihong

  He serves as Executive Director of Times China. He is primarily responsible for developing and integrating the strategic resources of the Group.  

  He holds an EMBA from Sun Yat-sen University.

• Mr. Li Qiang

  He serves as Executive Director of Times China and Senior Vice President of the Group. He is primarily responsible for audit, supervision, legal affairs, and product and services quality management affairs of the Group.

  He holds a LL.M. from Hunan Normal University and an EMBA from Sun Yat-sen University. He is an arbitrator of China Guangzhou Arbitration Commission.

• Mr. Shum Siu Hung

  He serves as Executive Director of Times China and General Manager of Dongguan and Shenzhen office. He is primarily responsible for  the business of Dongguan and Shenzhen office.

• Mr. Niu Jimin

  He serves as Executive Director of Times China and Vice President of the Group. He is primarily responsible for planning and management of financial accounting, taxation matters and administration affairs of the Group.

  He obtained a bachelor's degree in management studies from Sun Yat-sen University, a MBA from Hong Kong Baptist University and an EMBA from Renmin University of China. He is a member of the 13th Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Guangzhou Committee.

Senior Management

• Ms. Zhou Ying

  She serves as Chief Financial Officer of Times China. She is primarily responsible for financial reporting, corporate finance and investor relations related matters of the Group and general management of the Hong Kong regional office.

  She holds a bachelor's degree of accountancy from Shangdong University and a MBA from The University of Hong Kong. She is a chartered financial analyst (CFA) of CFA Institute and a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
