The Company maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of corruption, bribery, fraud, abuse of power, and any other violations of laws and regulations. Employees and external parties are strongly encouraged to report any suspected misconduct involving the Company’s employees. Verified cases will be dealt with seriously. The Company is committed to maintaining the strict confidentiality of whistleblowers and encourages real-name reporting. Whistleblowers whose reports are verified and lead to financial recovery may be eligible for a reward based on the value of the recovery.

The Whistleblowing Hotline is a dedicated channel established by Times China to receive and address reports of employee misconduct. We welcome reports not only from employees, but also from our business partners, including contractors, materials suppliers, tenants, and purchasers.
