Times King City (Changsha), located in the core area of the New Urban International Ecological New Town, Xiangjiang New Town, Changsha, has uniquely possessed three regional advantages including the Binshui New Town, Binjiang New City and the Central Administrative District of the Municipal Government. It's just three kilometers from the District, borders on Moon Island, a first class urban ecological and cultural tourist island in the world and is just a footstep from the Changsha Wanghan Cultural Relic Park, a national archaeological site park.

The project covers a floor area of 809,000 square meters and is comprised of 51 high-rise buildings of 32 to 35 stories. A 4.5-meter-high stilted floor is designed on the first floor of each building. Aiming at creating a nice fun club in the cell, we decorate the entire space with the taste of an artist and set recreational areas of different themes more humanistically.

The project marketing center and lakeside club were designed by Mr. Liang Jinghua, a talent of global renown. A plaza center landscape axis covering an area of 12,000 square meters is set before the marketing center, a central lake encompassing an area of 40,000 square meters, a lakeside business club and a borderless landscape swimming pool covering 1,500 square meters are set in the background, and luxurious theme clubs include a lakeside recreational center. Meanwhile, the only community arts museum in South Central China and more than one international bilingual kindergarten will be constructed. Adjoining Xingcheng Experimental Middle School of the High School Attached to Hunan Normal University, one of the four most famous schools in Hunan, it's a large comprehensive community integrating residence, entertainment, sports, recreation and more.
