Located along Airport Road in Guangzhou's Baiyun District, Laguna Garden (Guangzhou) consists of thirteen 15-storey residential buildings and a floor area of approximately 200,000 square meters. Among its rich amenities are kindergartens, clubs, swimming pools and supermarkets.
Laguna Garden (Guangzhou) features a reasonable general layout, a smooth sense of organization, and a clear arrangement of circulation for pedestrians and vehicles. The facade of the buildings is simple and rational, combining the elegant neoclassicism and the refined Southeast-Asian charm and thus creating a new regional style. Gillespies Australia was invited to design the "stylistic" community garden, which covers more than 10,000 square meters. The unique design of the entrance is characterized by a cool, green buffer zone that is linked to the outside world. Upon reaching the top of the stairway, one enters a realm of modern pavilions surrounded by palm trees. Meanwhile, there is a small leisure square that is well incorporated with the surrounding natural scenery.
Laguna Garden (Guangzhou) has won such honorary titles as the "2002 Golden Prize Annual Best Construction Design," the "Best Human Habitat Environment," the "Best Garden Landscape," and the "Top 10 Most Exquisite Communities."
