Times Horizon (Guangzhou) is located south of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. It overlooks Maofeng Mountain and, in the south, Phoenix Lake. The development is a showcase of contemporary architectural themes and is embellished with an elegant garden featuring unique ecological resources. Times Horizon is an ecological community in the best sense of the term. It integrates residential, commercial, educational and sports amenities that enrich life for every member of the community.
Architectural massing and home layout
The project covers a land area of 160,000 square meters and a gross floor area approaching 400,000 square meters. In the phase I project, the apartments are approximately 82-175 square meters (floor area) with two to four rooms. Currently, the 83-square-meter units with two bedrooms are available in phase I. New products in the phase II project are expected to become available early in 2017.
Transportation
The community is close to the station of Knowledge City South of Metro Line 14 (expected to open in 2017). In its north and south, it's connected to Zhenlong Station of Metro Line 21 and Xinhe Station of Metro Line 14, the latter of which leads directly to Tianhe District. Additionally, Guangzhou-Heyuan Expressway, Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, East New Town Light Rail, Huadu-Dongguan Expressway, Yonghe-Jiulong Expressway and Zhongluotan-Taihe Expressway constitute a vertical traffic network that facilitates easy access to Baiyun International Airport, Luogang District, Tianhe District, Dongguan City and Shenzhen City.
Educational and living amenities
The project has its own 12-classroom kindergarten and is opposite a primary school that is now admitting students. Moreover, it's adjacent to approximately 24,000 square meters of amenities, including a neighborhood center, commercial district and elderly care center.
