Times Riverbank (Haifeng)

Times Riverbank (Haifeng) occupies the core location of the southern central area of Haifeng, backed by the Longjin River and located close to the Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone. According to Haifeng's latest development scheme, it will focus on the construction of three districts: the eastern industrial area, the northern educational and ecological area and the southern central area. The southern central area, in which the development project is located, will be the center of development and the future CBD for Haifeng's residence and business.

Architectural massing and home layout

The project has a gross floor area of approximately 160,000 square meters in a total of eight buildings along the Longjin River. Buildings 1 through 7 are residential structures that offer four distinct layouts, including three-room homes ranging from approximately 115 to 123 square meters and four-room units ranging from approximately 136 to 140 square meters. The home layouts are designed to be practical and user-friendly, and the utility rate exceeds 80%. Building 8 offers one-room residential units with roughly 58 to 59 square meters of floor space and a two-room design with approximately 67 square meters.

The project is surrounded by water on three sides, providing a 270-degree river view. In fact, every unit faces south so as to welcome the gorgeous scenery and encourage a high-end waterfront lifestyle.

Administrative amenities

The project is adjacent to the Citizens' Square, a large municipal facility that integrates culture, leisure and fitness. It is divided into five areas, including the entrance square area, a section for cultural exhibitions and performance art, an area in which to savor the thrill of athletics, and a glorious waterfront ecological zone. It is Haifeng's only large public leisure space boasting a landmark square.

Commercial amenities

The project is adjacent to Huayao Plaza, which covers an area of approximately 200,000 square meters. Huayao Plaza is slated to open in the second half of 2021, offering food and entertainment services. The stores are, for the most part, first- and second-tier brands. Famous merchants such as Wanda Cinemas, Suning, Lotus Market, Redbaby and Dameisha Outlets -- a world-class anchor store -- have been invited to establish branches here.

Additionally, Haidi Center, just 600 meters from the project, will have an office building with suites comprising 168 square meters, which is a landmark office building in Haifeng. Wyndham Hotel will serve as an anchor for Haidi Center. Clearly, Haifeng's CBD zone is taking shape rapidly, bringing new ideas and opportunities to this corner of the region.
