Times Blossom (Zengcheng)

Times Blossom (Zengcheng) is a renewal in Guangzhou for the twentieth anniversary of Times China. The project is located in the first transit-oriented development (TOD) transportation hub in China, known as the Xintang TOD. Eleven railways will converge here, and eventually five commercial complexes will be in place just outside the development.

Times Blossom (Zengcheng) occupies a land area of roughly 25,000 square meters, having a gross floor area of roughly 110,000 square meters with a floor-area ratio of 3.65. The greenery ratio is 30%. There are 296 exquisite residential units offering floor area of roughly 86 to 125 square meters.
