Times Blossom (Zengcheng) is a renewal in Guangzhou for the twentieth anniversary of Times China. The project is located in the first transit-oriented development (TOD) transportation hub in China, known as the Xintang TOD. Eleven railways will converge here, and eventually five commercial complexes will be in place just outside the development.
Times Blossom (Zengcheng) occupies a land area of roughly 25,000 square meters, having a gross floor area of roughly 110,000 square meters with a floor-area ratio of 3.65. The greenery ratio is 30%. There are 296 exquisite residential units offering floor area of roughly 86 to 125 square meters. Compact commercial and office units with a floor area ranging from roughly 33 to 56 square meters are also available.
Times Blossom (Zengcheng) will provide easy access to the abundant amenities of eastern Guangzhou by means of two metro lines. Five business plazas -- including Wanda Plaza, Aeon Mall South China Flagship Store and Guangzhou Hopson One -- are within a radius of two kilometers. Guangqi Honda, Fuyao Glass, Pearl River Piano, Visionox, TS, Alibaba, Foxconn and other high-tech industries have settled here, being drawn to the project's location within the "Zengcheng Economical and Technological Development Zone.” Moreover, large-scale industrial complexes such as Pearl River International Entrepreneurship Center and Ping An (Financial) Silicon Valley are planned. Additionally, industry clusters of automobile, finance and high tech, valued at billions of RMB, are developing within the zone. So, by purchasing a unit of Times Blossom, one can enjoy mature urban amenities and immediately experience a more active, exciting life in the Greater Bay Area.
