Times Mark (Guangzhou) is located within the perimeter of Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City, a national-level bilateral cooperation project that comprises eight industry clusters, 14 scientific research institutions and approximately 1,800 knowledge-based innovative enterprises. Additionally, 165 key projects have been introduced, including 79 projects that are now under construction. Thus, the investment exceeds RMB 300 billion in value.
Architectural massing and home layout
The project encompasses approximately 260,000 square meters and has a gross floor area of roughly 1.15 million square meters. In the phase II project currently on sale, the units range from 74 to 136 square meters (floor area) with two to four bedrooms. Only the units of roughly 136 square meters (floor area) with four bedrooms are still available now for phase II. It’s expected that small-area units will be launched during the second half of 2021.
Transportation
The project is situated above Hongwei Station on the Knowledge City Branch Line of Metro Line 14, one station from Baiyun District and two stations from Jiahe Wanggang Station. Moreover, Guangzhou-Heyuan Expressway, Guangzhou-Dongguan-Shenzhen Intercity Railway, Huadu-Dongguan Expressway, Yonghe-Jiulong Expressway and Zengcheng-Tianhe Expressway constitute a vertical traffic network that gives residents convenient access to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, Tianhe District, Dongguan and Shenzhen.
Education and healthcare
A kindergarten and a 36-class primary school are planned for the project. More than eight grade-III, class-A general hospitals and specialized hospitals including Nanfang Hospital of Guangzhou Knowledge City (under construction), Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center (already opened), Guangzhou Concord Cancer Center and Guangzhou Royal Lee Cancer Hospital are available to safeguard residents' health.
Amenities for a rewarding life
The community boasts a commercial complex of 220,000 square meters, and its public facilities include a fresh market, health clinic and youth center. Additionally, it has four functional areas -- a swimming pool, a sports venue, sunny green spaces and a parent-child activity world -- as well as a lifestyle club that's divided into yoga, fitness, rest and other areas. So, it not only provides exclusive service places for leisure and exercise activities but also serves to bring neighbors closer together.
