Times Blossom (Huizhou)

The project is situated in Jinshan New Town, the most popular area in Huizhou. Neighboring Yanda Avenue, the transportation artery of the city, it is merely 1.5 kilometers away from Huicheng South Station of High-speed Railway. The Guangzhou-Shanwei High-speed Railway (under construction) and Metro Line 1 (under planning) meet here, which contributes to easy travel in and out of the city.

The project has a land area of about 25,000 square meters and a floor area of 119,000 square meters. It features high-rise buildings, and each house has two to four rooms, with an area of 77 to 129 square meters. The project is encircled by New Convention and Exhibition Center, a city-level landmark, and a 300-meter-high Jinshan Binhu No.1. The blueprint of a future city has taken shape. Huinan Lake Wetland Park and a city-level green park have been planned around the project. It is a rare model project which is located in a core area of the new town and enjoys the ecological resources of two parks.
