Times Lake Forest (Heshan)

Times Lake Forest is located south of the Jiujiang Bridge and adjacent to Dayan Mountain Scenic Area in Heshan. It’s blessed with unique natural landscape resources, overlooking Xijiang River in the north and Dayan Mountain in the south. With a hundred-mu (1 mu = ~666.67 square meters) lake in the center of the neighborhood, it is a rare community of 700,000 square meters that integrates mountain, river and lake in one place in southern China.

Architectural massing and home layout

The project covers a total land area of approximately 700,000 square meters and a gross floor area of approximately 660,000 square meters. It’s divided into four phases, composed of 89 villas and 21 high-rise Western-style buildings. In the Phase I project, the delicate villas cover approximately 150-235 square meters (gross floor area) with two to five bedrooms, and in the Phase II project there are 544 finely decorated Western-style houses of 94-126 square meters.

Transportation

Located in the west gateway of Guangzhou and Foshan, Times Lake Forest boasts a vertical traffic network comprising "three verticals, three horizontals, two bridges, one railway” with which to interconnect the major cities of the Pearl River Delta area. Moreover, Heshan East Station of the Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Intercity Railway (in planning) will be constructed east of Dayan Mountain, just a kilometer away. Upon the completion of the railway, it will take just 30 minutes to reach Fangcun, Guangzhou (via the three horizontals: Guangzhou Ring, Pearl River Delta Region Ring and Pearl River Delta Region Circle expressways or the three verticals: Foshan-Kaiping, Foshan-Jiangmen and Guangzhou-Zhuhai West expressways); the Jiujiang and Jiangshun bridges; and the Guangzhou-Foshan-Jiangmen-Zhuhai Intercity Railway).

Education and amenities

Rainbow Mall, Ten-Mile Fangyuan Yida Plaza and other commercial amenities are all within a five-kilometer radius of the project's living circle. Within an eight-kilometer radius of the living circle you'll find Heshan Square, Baihua Trend Square and other commercial centers. Nearby, there are rich educational resources such as Huiyuan Primary School, Shaping No. 6 Primary School, Shaping Middle School, Heshan Experimental Middle School and Jiyuan Middle School. Eventually, the development's marketing center will become a kindergarten for the benefit of the community.
