Times E-PARK (Tianhe)

Situated within Tianhe Smart City, one of the economic ' power houses" for the 13th Five-Year Plan of Tianhe District, Times E-PARK (Tianhe) is located right above Guangzhou Metro Line 21 and Guangzhou-Foshan Circle Line.

With the aim of developing into an international intelligence and innovation industry base, the industrial park introduces Guangdong Association of Intelligence and Innovation and establishes platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, so as to provide enterprises with multifaceted support in the exhibition and exchange, technical transfer and business cooperation of the intelligence and innovation industry. By far, over 50 leading enterprises of intelligence and innovation have settled in the industrial park, including Kedacom, Twenty First Century Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Chenchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. and HiAR. In 2018, the industrial park was selected as one of the first pilot industrial parks for quality and efficiency enhancement in Guangzhou； in 2019, it was chosen as an industrial park with the greatest potential of growth in Guangzhou. In the future, it will further enhance industrial cluster and improve the industrial service system.

The park provides humanizing amenities for outdoor sports, leisure and social life such as cozy restaurants, 24-hour intelligent gyms, and ball courts, and offers multi-functional office spaces for get-together, work and creativity.
