A year ago, Times E-PARK (Panyu), the innovator of a new commercial life, was launched with a pre-lease rate of 70%, setting a record for Guangzhou's office market. This summer, Times Commercial will return with its new project, appropriate called Times · Ark (Shawan).

Times · Ark (Shawan), located in the core area of Shawan Treasury Town, was created by Times Commerce Group as the builder and operator. It covers 450,00 square meters and positions itself as a base for innovators and creators in Panyu.

Shawan Treasury Town, which encompasses 37 square kilometers, relies on the cultural heritage of the 800-year-old Shawan Ancient Town and has, as its modern foundation, the local jewelry industry. Continuing its development of the jewelry, fashion and cultural tourism industries, it has become the first national-level characteristic town in Guangzhou. It has also been included in the first batch of characteristic town demonstration sites, where it plays a vital role in Panyu's process of industrial rejuvenation.

As the first commercial office development in Shawan Treasury Town, Times · Ark has drawn considerable attention since its launch.

The Tenant Service Center of Times · Ark (Shawan) was opened to the public on May 30th, casting a great light throughout Shawan Treasury Town. Times Commercial Group General Manager Wang Yuanyuan and Deputy General Manager Zhong Yushan attended along with distinguished guests.

In the joyful sounds of salutes, gongs and drums, Times · Ark opened and welcomed its guests. At the Tenant Service Center, the guests watched the "Lion Dance" performance and extended their best wishes to the new development project.

Based on the needs of the present companies and office workers, Times · Ark (Shawan) invited C&C Design, winner of the IF Gold Award, to serve as the interior designer. The goal was to ensure that each participating enterprise could have an artistic experience.

Times · Ark (Shawan) enjoys landscaping coverage of 40%. An avenue of Jacaranda trees--a rarity in the city--was planted along the axis of the project. The development is also supported by an innovation display center and a commercial district blessed with the local characteristics, thus ensuring an interactive experience that combines socialization, lifestyle, work and creativity.

Times · Ark (Shawan) provides a mix of flexible office spaces that range from 450 to 9,300 square meters, and the newly invented single buildings (starting at 1,800 square meters) that can be divided, merged and title-sponsored. Accordingly, the project is the ideal match for innovation-oriented enterprises and all their vast potential.

Times · Ark (Shawan) will, as part of its mission, promote the introduction of innovative element and improve the quality of commercial office. It is expected to become a standard bearer for the office market in Panyu.
