Dongguan Branch Holds Commencement Ceremony for Douchizhou Project in Zhongtang Town
A commencement ceremony for the Douchizhou project in Zhongtang Town was held on August 5, 2019. Executive Deputy General Manager Shu Su, of Times China's Dongguan Branch, and General Manager Yu Tianchi, of Dongguan Kaisa Industrial Co., Ltd., together with the employees of the Dongguan Branch and a gathering of guests and representatives from cooperative projects, witnessed the joy of the event.

The ceremony opened shortly before 11:30 that morning, as colorful flags fluttered and fireworks crackled amid the sunshine. The management of the Dongguan Branch, leading their employees, burned incense and cut roasted piglet to wish for a smooth, prosperous project.

Following a prayer, the guests shared the delicious food, including roasted piglet, rooster and apples. The employees then received lucky money from Mr. Shu Su, executive deputy general manager of the Dongguan Branch, and Ms. Li Linlin, manager of the Personnel and Administration Department in a heated atmosphere. Finally, everyone came together for a group photo. It was a happy conclusion to mark the start of the Douchizhou project in Zhongtang Town.

The Douchizhou project of Zhongtang Town, a cooperative effort of Times China and Kaisa Group, encompasses 22,450.73 square meters adjacent to Guangzhou Xintang District, thus boasting a superior location and convenient transportation. It's abutted by Douchizhou Road in the southeast, Road No. 3 (under planning) in the southwest, and Road No. 2 is planned for the northeastern corridor. In the northwest, across the planned Zhouxin Road, an urban green space will be created.
The Douchizhou project of Zhongtang Town, as the fifth project of Times China in Donggua, holds the core value of "love, commitment and creation" and will keep improving and upgrading. We believe that in the future, with the efforts of all the Times members at Dongguan Branch and participants, the project will accelerate the rejuvenation of the urban market in Dongguan and bring innovation to the city.
