A grand commencement ceremony was held for Times Realm (Foshan) project at 10:15 a.m. on July 16, 2019. Mr. Zhang Huabin, deputy general manager of Times China Foshan Branch, Mr. Yu Yongguang and other leaders attended the ceremony.

The ceremony started at 10:15 that morning amid the crackling of fireworks, as an eager crowd voiced its enthusiasm. The leaders and guests burned incense, prayed for blessings and cut the roasted piglet together, expressing hope that the Times Realm (Foshan) project would be welcomed by a booming market.

The project leaders, guests and colleagues shared the piglet and apples as part of a great tradition. Everyone was delighted to see the commencement of the project, and the atmosphere was electric. A group photo was taken and, with the crowd cheering wildly, the ceremony drew to a close.

Times Realm (Foshan), located in central Jinshazhou on the borderline between Guangzhou and Foshan, is five minutes from Baiyun District and 30 minutes from Liwan District of Guangzhou in the east. In the west, it extends toward Qiandenghu Lake. The project is just six minutes from Xunfenggang Station of Guangzhou Metro Line 6.

The Jinshazhou GrandBuy department store, Shatian Center, Yongrun Mall and other large shopping venues are found within a two-kilometer radius of the project, offering mature amenities and convenience for a healthy lifestyle. Within a three-kilometer radius of the project are Renhe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Xunfenggang Ecological Park, Zhoucun Park and other municipal installations.

The project, which encompasses 58,000 square meters and a gross floor area of approximately 175,000 square meters, will have a total of 11 Western-style buildings. The project will also feature a farmer's market and street-front shops. The ground-level open space is designed as an open-format club that combines reception, sports and other functions into one, making it the ideal place for leisure and entertainment.

Times China Foshan Branch will continue its program of land development so as to constantly improve the company's brand influence and competitiveness in Foshan and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The overarching goal of that effort will be to create a livable living environment for more people.
