Guangzhou Branch (North) held a grand commencement ceremony for Times One Mansion on the morning of August 20, 2019. The witnesses to the grand event included Mr. Cheng Xiuzhong, the vice president of Times China Holdings Limited and general manager of Guangzhou Branch (North); Mr. Kang Feng, the general manager of the Operations and Product Center of Times China Holdings Limited; Mr. Huang Suiyong, the general manager of Times Architecture and deputy general manager of Guangzhou Branch (South); Mr. Chen Shaohua, assistant to the general manager of the Operations and Product Center; Mr. Wu Shengliang, the general manager of Times Neighborhood Guangzhou Branch (East); and the management of Guangzhou Branch (North).

The ceremony started with fireworks and the fluttering of brightly colored flags amid the eager anticipation of a happy crowd. Mr. Cheng Xiuzhong delivered a speech and extended his heartfelt thanks to the guests. Additionally, he conveyed his wishes for the bright future of Times One Mansion of Guangzhou Branch (North). Mr. Cheng then led his management staff and colleagues in the worshipful lighting of incense and shoveling earth upon the foundation stone in hope that the Times One Mansion would enjoy a booming market.
