The foundation stone laying ceremony on Times Classic (Zhongshan) of the Zhongshan Branch was held on the morning of January 5, 2020. General Manager Huang Kai, Deputy General Manager (Marketing) Fan Lei and Assistant to the General Manager (Engineering) Dong Jianjun of the Zhongshan Branch, General Manager Xiao Taoyan of Times Neighborhood Zhongshan Branch; and Mr. Huang Kanglong, shareholder representative of Guangdong Commercial Group Co., Ltd. attended in the company of Zhongshan Branch management.

When the ceremony officially started at eight o'clock--an auspicious time--Mr. Huang Kai led the assembled group in a prayer for the commencement and, of course, success for the project. Mr. Huang Kai, together with Deputy General Manager Fan Lei and Assistant to the General Manager (Engineering) Dong Jianjun and colleagues from the general contractor, conducted the ritual setting of the foundation stone. Then, after a spirited "Lion Dance" performance, a booming salute marked the close of the ceremony.

Times Classic (Zhongshan), as a residential project within the 133,333-square-meter complex built by Times China in Jinsha New Town, encompasses approximately 48,000 square meters of land area. It has a planned floor area of roughly 190,000 square meters and will offer more than 1,100 units. The project features a custom-designed swimming pool, a children's park, a unique book club and fitness facilities for the elderly, thus embodying the definition of a model community.
