A ceremony in celebration of work commencement on the Qijiang project of Times China Zhongshan Branch was held on the morning of September 26, 2019. General Manager Huang Kai, Deputy General Manager (Marketing) Fan Lei and Assistant to the General Manager (Engineering) Dong Jianjun of the Zhongshan Branch, the shareholder representatives of Xinhe Real Estate and management staff from the Zhongshan Branch attended the ceremony.

The ceremony kicked off at 10:30 that morning, as Mr. Huang Kai made a speech and prayed for a booming market on behalf of the Qijiang project, after which the Lion Dance was performed. Mr. Huang Kai, together with shareholder representatives from Xinhe Real Estate, applied the finishing touches for the lion's eyes and proceeded to the ground-breaking ceremony. Subsequently, the guests offered worship to the gods with the burning of incense. The sound of a great salute marked the conclusion of the ceremony.
