Times China's Jiangmen & Yangjiang Branch held a grand commencement ceremony for Donghai Road project on the morning of May 27, 2019. Mr. Yuan Yidan, the general manager of Times China's Jiangmen & Yangjiang Branch; Times Architecture General Manager Huang Suiyong; Project Department Senior Manager Zhuang Yijie; Senior Marketing Manager Zhong Zhiming; Ms. Li Ying, general manager of the First Expansion and Transformation Business Division; Mr. Zhang Jila, general manager of the Second Expansion and Transformation Business Division; and Chief Development Officer Liang Muying were joined by Honorary President Huang Dachang, President Li Rongshen and several vice presidents from the Jiangmen Youth Entrepreneurs Federation. They eagerly witnessed the moment along with the staff of the Jiangmen & Yangjiang Branch.

The ceremony started at ten o'clock amid the booming of fireworks, the waving of brightly colored flags and the excitement of the crowd. Mr. Yuan Yidan, Mr. Huang Suiyong, Mr. Zhuang Yijie, Mr. Zhong Zhiming, Ms. Li Ying, Mr. Zhang Jila, Honorary President Huang Dachang, President Li Rongshen and the Jiangmen Youth Entrepreneurs Federation vice presidents pushed the rod together on the stage in a gesture that marked the ceremony's beginning. Fireworks soared skyward and marked the official launch of the Jiangmen Donghai Road project.

Mr. Yuan Yidan then led the guests and colleagues in the worshipful lighting of incense and a prayer for the great prosperity of the project.

The guests shared the roast piglet and apples and received lucky money amid a joyous atmosphere. The ceremony concluded with a group photo of the guests and personnel.

The Jiangmen Donghai Road project is located in the central area of Jianghai District, Jiangmen, in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, where it benefits from mature amenities and convenient transportation. With a planned floor area of 130,000 square meters, it's designed as a high-end quality community in the urban center. Accordingly, it's equipped with top-class swimming pools, creating an ideal residence.

In terms of transportation, the project is just four kilometers from the Pearl River Delta Expressway ramps. It takes an hour to reach Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai and other cities in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. Moreover, because it's just a kilometer from Jiangmen Light Rail Station and Jianghai Bus Passenger Station, one can reach Guangzhou via light rail within 40 minutes.

The project also benefits from a wealth of resources. It resides within the Jingxian Primary School District--a provincial first-grade facility--and Jiangmen No. 1 Middle School. It's approximately four kilometers from Jiangmen People's Hospital (grade III), and the surrounding commercial facilities are complete. Within a two-kilometer radius of the project are Central Plaza, Jianghai Plaza and Kangcheng Plaza, reflecting the wide variety of amenities available in the city.

The development is adjacent to Jiangmen National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, which boasts the greatest agglomeration of high-tech enterprises and the most fully integrated benefits in all of Jiangmen. The area gathers seven Fortune 500 companies and five listed companies, including the headquarters of three listed companies. Thus, it has tremendous potential for development.
