On July 1, 2019, coinciding with the 98th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, a grand commencement ceremony was held for the Times · Ark (Haizhu) project in the Tuhua Gaohui Industrial Zone, Haizhu District.

General Manager Wang Yuanyuan, Deputy General Manager Shen Peng, and Deputy General Manager Zhong Yushan of Times Commercial Group, Deputy Party Secretary Tan Nengwei, Deputy Party Secretary Liang Jiayu, and Deputy Director Liang Jingyong of the Tuhua Association, Haizhu District, witnessed the occasion in recognition of the Times · Ark (Haizhu) project.

Preparations have been made for the product design and engineering construction of the project. Development and transformation will be promoted throughout the coming ten months, and phase I is scheduled to open in April 2020.

Times • Ark (Haizhu) is located in Haizhu District at the spot where the South China Expressway and Xinjiao Middle Road intersect. The project has the precious Haizhu Wetland at the back and is bounded by water on three sides, benefiting from a green ecological environment. The project encompasses 30,000 square meters and boasts a floor area of 52,000 square meters. The original form is a factory warehouse, which will be transformed into a cultural district combining the creativity of fashion and art.

The development has a design that emphasizes minimalistic elegance and explores the multifunctional use of space. It will integrate the supporting scenarios of green social networking, creative market, multipurpose field and branded coffee, create an open business atmosphere and serve as a benchmark for garden-style office projects.
