The Shenzhen & Shanwei Branch of Times China held a grand commencement ceremony for Times Riverbank (Haifeng) project on June 27, 2019. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Tao Chengjiang, the general manager of Times China's Shenzhen & Shanwei Branch; Ms. Li Yanming, the deputy general manager of the Group's Administration Center; Mr. He Xiaojun, the general manager of Times Neighborhood's Dongguan Branch; Mr. Cai Xiong, the general manager of a partner enterprise; Mr. He Guanglun, general manager of the general contracting company; and Mr. Chen Lige, the chairman of Guangdong Guangda Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd., along with various guests and staff from the Shenzhen & Shanwei Branch.

Shortly after 10:35 that morning, General Manager Tao Chengjiang delivered a speech to the leaders, guests and colleagues. He offered congratulations on the smooth commencement of the Times Riverbank (Haifeng) project, and expressed his sincere gratitude to all the partners and colleagues for their efforts. Afterward, the officiating leaders worshipfully lit incense with the colleagues and officially launched the ceremony.

The auspicious moment of 11:18 a.m. arrived, and General Manager Tao Chengjiang led the officiating leaders to solemnly earth up the foundation stone. They prayed for a smooth commencement and an ultimately successful project. A volley of crackling fireworks on the site heralded what would surely be a hot selling season at Times Riverbank (Haifeng).

Amid the noise of firecrackers and cheerful congratulations, the guests and colleagues told one another of their joy and excitement. They shared the roast piglet, apples and other auspicious foods. Afterward, the Personnel and Administration Department distributed the luck money, and the even drew to a close.

The Times Riverbank (Haifeng) project is located at the junction of the old town of Haifeng and the southern central area, occupying the core of southern-central Haifeng, which will be the focus of Haifeng's future development. The project is located on the riverbank of Haifeng's mother river, the Longjin, where it faces the Civic Center, Haifeng's largest public facility. Thus, there is an expansive view highlighted by beautiful landscaping. With Haifeng's largest business circle of 200,000 square meters close by, the project lies within the business circle but not over the business circle. The project offers convenient transportation: It's connected with National Highway 324 and surrounds the downtown area of Haifeng. It takes just 15 minutes to reach the Haifeng West entrance of the Ningbo-Dongguan Expressway for access to points throughout the Pearl River Delta. The project allows customers to quickly reach Shanwei High-speed Railway Station through the planned Hehai Road.
