A grand commencement ceremony was held for the Times · Shimao Realm (Zhaoqing) project on the lot in Zhenshan New Town of Sihui, Zhaoqing, on the morning of September 30, 2019.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Zhang Zhixiong, assistant president of Times China Group; Mr. Wan Dehai, general manager of many projects in western Guangdong for the Shimao Group's South China Region; Mr. Li Xin, deputy general manager of Times China's Zhaoqing & Yunfu Branch; Mr. He Chengjun, general manager of the Zhaoqing project for Shimao Group's South China Region; Mr. Liu Chao, senior manager of the Project Department of Times China's Zhaoqing & Yunfu Branch; Mr. Wei Cheng, design manager of the Zhaoqing project of the Shimao Group's South China Region; Mr. Li Dan, director of investment development at Times China's Zhaoqing & Yunfu Branch; Mr. Lin Weiping, engineering manager of the Zhaoqing project of the Shimao Group's South China Region; as well as colleagues from Shimao Group and the Zhaoqing & Fuyun Branch.

Assistant President Zhang Zhixiong of Times China Group stepped onto the stage and delivered a speech in honor of the Times · Shimao Realm (Zhaoqing) project. He introduced it as a joint project between Times China and the Shimao Group, whereupon he conveyed his good wishes.

General Manager Wan Dehai, who has run many projects in western Guangdong for the Shimao Group's South China Region, delivered a speech on the stage and prayed for the lucky commencement, prosperity and success of the project.

The next was the ceremony of earthing up the foundation stone. The leaders of Times China and the Shimao Group earthed up the foundation stone together and offered prayers in the hope of a smooth launch of the Times · Shimao Realm (Zhaoqing) project.

Thus, the commencement ceremony of the Times · Shimao Realm (Zhaoqing) project was concluded. The Times • Shimao Realm (Zhaoqing) project will enjoy strong sales, thanks to the joint effort by the leaders and colleagues of Times China and the Shimao Group.
