A grand commencement ceremony was held for Times King City on the morning of April 18, 2019. This is another new star project of Times China in Fogang, Qingyuan. Mr. Bai Xihong, vice chairman of the Board of Times China; Mr. Huang Suiyong, general manager of Times Architecture; Mr. Chen Qike, general manager of Times China's Qingyuan & Shaoguan Branch; Mr. Chen Yuanhua, a cooperative shareholder of the Times King City (Fogang) project; Mr. Yin Sui, deputy general manager of Times China's Qingyuan & Shaoguan Branch; and Mr. Chai Mingxing, deputy general manager of the Qingyuan & Shaoguan Branch were present for the day's excitement.

At the ceremony, the firecrackers volleyed and resounded the sky. In the gaze of all the people present, the name of the Times King City (Fogang) Project was revealed with the sprinkling of the golden sands, which symbolized fortune and indicated that the project would surely be welcomed by the market. The session of Lions' eye-painting and red envelope picking brought the ceremony to a climax. The lion dancers leaped and whirled and wished for the great prosperity and success of the project.

As a key development of Times China in the downtown area of Fogang County, Times King City (Fogang) boasts a superior location and enjoys convenient traffic. The project is roughly 4.3 kilometers away from the county center of Fogang and only 3.1 kilometers away from the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, meaning it takes only 60 minutes to reach the center of Guangzhou. The project covers a gross floor area of 466,000 square meters and can accommodate more than 10,000 people by estimate. The project has a kindergarten, a primary school and a market built within. The robust living amenities make it a favorable community that is very comfortable to live in. The project is expected to be launched in the second half of this year. Please stay tuned.
