Times China | Building Homes with Artisanship for Two Decades; the Surprising Release of New Times Bund Series

"Move Forward with Times China, Appreciate the Beauty of Times Bund: Times Bund (Zhaoqing) Launch and Premiere of One Life · One Thing" attracted the attention of an entire city on August 31, 2019. Celebrities from all sectors of society, together with media representatives, gathered to witness the event.

The event started with a dance performance called "Technological War Drum," which featured visual effects with a strong sense of science fiction together with striking choreography. The beating of thunder drums reverberated in the heavens as the dancers moved like elves. The performance told the story of the city's development together with the brand, doing so with an attention-grabbing flair that thrilled the audience.

Amid rapturous applause from hundreds of guests on the site, the event ushered in another exciting segment: the premiere of "One Life · One Thing," a feature film on the artisanship of Times Bund (Zhaoqing). The story depicts artisans coming from different fields. Each of them will maintain devotion to the highest level of a chosen skill, and the passing of time will leave traces on their hands.

Their artistic pursuits are extraordinary, even if they are overly particular. They strive toward perfection in every product--every piece of work--and they take pride in that excellence.

As one of the protagonists in the film, Liu Huaxing said the connotation of jade carving lies in grinding and polishing, which also applies to life. We spend our entire lives making ourselves into "good jade." Time rewards the diligent artisan with profound expertise, and in turn the artisan spends the rest of his life revering that inheritance.

Only with devotion to one thing in a lifetime can miracles be created. This is exactly what Times China has been trying to do. The mission is to persevere; to strive constantly for the pinnacle of quality in residential living. Every project, every site selection, every element of planning, every material selection, every brick and every detail will undergo deliberation and careful polishing.

Times China's passion for absolute quality has made the company what it is today. From building houses to creating lifestyles--from a conventional property developer to a provider of services to support urban development--Times China goes deep into every aspect of life, meets the truest needs of every resident and strives to build a better city.

General Manager He Bin, of the Marketing Management Center of Times China Holdings Limited, stated in his speech that Times China has always observed the philosophy of "delivering quality surprising to customers and service pleasing to customers." Times China not only builds houses but also creates a lifestyle and a life scenario for customers. Thus, Times China hopes to build the best riverfront-landscape luxury homes in Sihui, enhance the environment and habits of Sihui's people, and help more people live the lifestyle they are longing for.

Time marches on endlessly. High-rise buildings have built the city skylines. The direction of the times is making progress. This is a new starting point for the growth of Times China as well as a mission bestowed by history.

After a film segment that depicted Times Bund (Zhaoqing) and a beautiful blueprint for the city's future, Mr. Xu Zhuangbin, chief construction technician of Times China's Design and Development Center, gave an in-depth interpretation of the project for his many eager spectators.

Mr. Li Xin, the general manager in charge of marketing at Times China's Zhaoqing & Yunfu Branch, stated that Times Bund (Zhaoqing), as a project built with the inheritance of eight years of artisanship, was designed to be the finest residential community in Sihui. Times China, renowned as the "life stylist," will strive to offer superb products and services as it erases the boundary between life and art to create more resonance with Sihui and its people.

It was in 2011 that the first Times Bund (Guangzhou) emerged and rose toward the sky. Eight years later, with the highest respect and the most unique artisanship, Times China will inherit, break through and enhance the landscape, the most artistic community and the most customer-centered product, greeting Sihui with the second Times Bund (Zhaoqing), a proud new community on the graceful Suijiang River.

Apart from the one-hour Pearl River Delta life circle comprised of a network with two horizontal and two longitudinal expressways, Times Bund (Zhaoqing) has whole-life educational resources, an 80,000-square-meter commercial complex and three comprehensive medical centers. The conditions and amenities are ideal solutions to the hectic pace of modern life.

The project will also serve as a benchmark in the region's housing market, featuring the "one river, one lake, one gymnasium and one garden" configuration in a low-density, entry-lux aesthetic residential community. The central axis of Sihui's mother river, the Suijiang, Zhenshan Lake Wetland Park (under planning), Sihui Sports Center and an eight-in-one stereoscopic garden landscape will together change the way people feel about their lives. A more beautiful Sihui will appear.

Time is the sculptor of an elegant city. Times Bund (Zhaoqing) and Sihui will soon welcome a beautiful future.

The White Ocean, an upbeat dance performance, portrayed the vision of a better life. The audience was treated to dazzling audio-visual effects, including some surprises.

The next segment was the eagerly anticipated launch ceremony, in which the guests poured the jade dew, representing a beautiful life, onto the launch table. Thus, Times Bund (Zhaoqing) was unveiled to the many guests. Accordingly, Times China will continue its urban development, open up the future at a considerate pace, and set forth a daring blueprint for residential communities.

The excitement reached its zenith with a fabulous magic show that drew wild applause from the audience.

A grand ceremony should have a lucky drawing, and that was the case here. A Huawei P30 cell phone, Xiaomi television and many other prizes were given to the winners, after which the occasion drew to a close.

The grand ceremony may have ended, but it was just a beginning for the beautiful future of Times China and Sihui.

Times China Holdings, incorporated in 1999, is a leading urban development operator in China. The company is active in residential project development, industrial development, and commercial development and operation. Services include urban renewal, finance, long-rent apartments, community services, logistics and warehousing, education, furniture decoration and other activities.

Times China practices the essential values of "love," commitment" and "creation" as it endeavors to help more people live the lifestyle of their dreams. Thus, it creates more value for the people who live in cities and the communities where people live. The company's project portfolio extends to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan, Zhaoqing, Dongguan, Zhuhai, Huizhou, Zhongshan, Jiangmen, Qingyuan, Changsha, Chengdu and other developed cities. For example, Times China made its Zhaoqing debut in 2018 with engagement in a program of urban construction.

As a masterful representation of Times China in Zhaoqing, Times Bund (Zhaoqing) demonstrates its ingenuity through the crafting of a community and all the amenities of daily life.

The project, which encompasses 59,700 square meters and a floor area of 232,000 square meters, is designed as an "artisanal community that embraces a lake along the Suijiang River." The project will have 14 high-rise residential buildings, a central garden, a kindergarten of approximately 2,400 square meters, street-front shops, open-format club spaces and other offerings.

Times Bund (Zhaoqing) is located in the central axis of Sihui's mother river, the Suijiang. In fact, it's graced by a kilometer of river frontage. A fabulous view can be had simply by opening a window. Additionally, the project will have more than 200 meters of riverfront footpath, with riverfront viewing balconies high above. Certainly it will be the most beautiful, romantic river coastline in Sihui.

One lake

The shoreline is already very attractive, and the west side of the project is adjacent to Zhenshan Lake Wetland Park (under planning). One can look down at the lake and gaze out toward Zhenshan Mountain. Amid the natural beauty of the lake and the mountain beyond, the cultural environment and the natural environment are interleaved. The mountain scene and calming riverfront echo one another in timeless harmony.

One gymnasium

The western side of the project is approximately 300 meters from Sihui Sports Center. After a busy day of work, you can invite several friends to work out or play a game. It's a fun way to exercise and burn off some stress.

One garden

The project's garden construction combines modernism and classicism with an eight-in-one stereoscopic plan that includes a waterscape square, Yingbin Avenue, sunshine lawn, national-standard swimming pool, parent-child area, colorful flower path, adult fitness area and "candy factory" theme park. Residents of all ages can enjoy the community to the fullest.
