Vice President Zhou Siyang of Times China Group remarked that the Times Automobile Town project was endowed with a unique geological location and natural industrial base. Times China has the confidence to build this project into a new icon of Foshan and a new landmark throughout the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even China's automobile industry. Times China will continue to increase investment in Nanhai District, focus on urban renewal, promote industrial upgrading, and take the Times Automobile Town Project as a new starting point to facilitate the development of Nanhai.

Mr. Pan Yongtong, member of the standing committee of Nanhai District Party Committee and director of the United Front Work Department of Nanhai District Party Committee, said that Times Automobile Town was a successful example of the industrial town mode, which attracted and integrated automobile industry resources and created an advanced industrial concept through the innovative application of the mixed development mode of "state-owned + collective" and "transfer + lease". The project, located on the south and north sides of Diebei Haiba Road of Guicheng, Nanhai District, Foshan, covers an area of 625 mu and a gross floor area of 750,000 square meters. When completed, the project will complete the key areas of Foshan's central axis and Qiandenghu Lake's axis, further expand the space at the north portal of Foshan's central axis, greatly enhance the appearance of the city, and present a new image of upgrading and transformation of the automobile industry.
