A home embodies the dreams and expectations of a family. Accordingly, during the period of June 20 through June 30, 2020, Times Dreamland (Zhongshan) was delivered to homeowners. From design and blueprints to delivery, Times Dreamland (Zhongshan) has adhered to the high-quality standard and its original aspiration. The long-awaited art homes were delivered to the owners early in the summer.

On the day of delivery, eager new owners and their families arrived on the day of delivery. The staff greeted each owner with a smile and calmly described the details of delivery. To ensure every owner would enjoy the experience, Times Dreamland (Zhongshan) offered an exclusive, “one-on-one” inspection service. Every aspect of delivery--including the welcoming ceremony at the entrance, guidance into the community and a welcome at the door of building--was rendered so that the owners would enter their new homes in confidence and joy.

Skilled inspection engineers assisted owners with careful inspection of every element of their units from the floors and walls to the doors, windows and utilities. In doing so, they accurately recorded the owners' comments. Rigorous home-inspection standards, together with a meticulous inspection process, were in place to ensure satisfaction. Times Dreamland (Zhongshan) also provided custom-packaged cola for the owners so they could celebrate with refreshment amid the comforts of home.

Subsequent to home inspection, the owners returned to the signing area of the Sales Department and completed the collection formalities under the staff's guidance. One-stop delivery service was provided in an orderly manner, and delivery arrangements and process were clear and smooth. One staff member was assigned to offer services to one owner, including collecting materials, handling formalities and hand-over of keys. They also answered patiently owners' questions and listened carefully to their advice.

Exquisite tea was offered to the owners as they waited to complete the transactional formalities. Warmth was conveyed quietly, making the home-delivery process as pleasant as possible.
