Upholding the spirit of "safe production and orderly work resumption," Times Classic (Conghua) project of Guangzhou Branch (North) had its commencement ceremony on the morning of February 21, 2020, with the attendance of Mr. Cheng Xiuzhong, the vice president of Times China Holdings Limited and general manager of Guangzhou Branch (North); Mr. Huang Suiyong, the general manager of Times Architecture; Deputy General Manager Shi Lei; and Wei Haiqing and Fu Bin, assistants to the general manager.

Prior to the ceremony, the Project Department and the Personnel and Administration Department made arrangements for the prevention of novel coronavirus infection and prepared sufficient materials at the site, doing so in an effort to guarantee the post-visit security and occupational health of employees and the personnel of the construction unit. The attendees reported their health conditions as required, completed the temperature-measurement and hand-disinfection procedures, and donned masks before entering the site.

Thus, the ceremony started and everyone offered wishes for a smooth project commencement. The ceremony was concise and simple. The leaders present not just made sincere prayers but also focused on the project operation and marketing arrangement. Everyone expressed their own opinions and discussed the operation processes of construction work, marketing and associated strategies so that the Times Classic (Conghua) project could reach each of its markers with efficiency and excellence. Hopes were high for a hot-selling September.
