Grand commencement ceremonies for Times Realm (Huangpu) and Times Classic (Zengcheng) of the Guangzhou Branch (East) were held on the morning of March 23, 2020, amid brilliant sunshine. More than 90 people attended the event, including Li Shaoai, the general manager of the Guangzhou Branch (East); Huang Suiyong, the general manager of Times Architecture, officials of subdistrict and village committees, heads of cooperative institutions, and the entire management team of the Guangzhou Branch (East).

As the COVID-19 pandemic has not yet come to an end, protective measures cannot be relaxed. To ensure everyone's health, the Project Department of Times Realm (Huangpu) and Times Classic (Zengcheng) employed temperature-detection and disinfection measures at the sites.

The groundbreaking ceremony for Times Realm (Huangpu) began at 9:30 a.m., followed by the event for Times Classic (Zengcheng) at 11:00 a.m. Prior to the celebration, General Manager Li Shaoai of the Guangzhou Branch (East) delivered a wonderful speech.

Precisely at the auspicious moment, management members, led by General Manager Li, prayed for the success of the projects. Amid a salvo of poppers and a marvelous lion dance, the scene was filled with warmth and cheering. The leaders cut roast piglet and shared apples. The ceremonies concluded with the ritual of painting the lions' eyes.

The two ceremonies were carried out smoothly, implying that good things will happen for the Guangzhou Branch (East) in 2020 and the future. Each of the projects will certainly be a success!

Times Realm (Huangpu): Located on Kaichuang Avenue adjacent to Xiangxue Metro Station and Zhishu Park, it's the first super high-rise project of Times China in Guangzhou as well as the fourth project in Huangpu District. The project encompasses approximately 44,900 square meters, with a gross floor area of approximately 175,600 square meters and a plot ratio of approximately 2.8. It has four home layouts, which range from 75 to 105 square meters.

Time Classic (Zengcheng): Located in Zhucun Subdistrict, Zengcheng District, it's connected with Guangshan Highway through Liguang Road and over Shantian Station of Metro Line 21, with good traffic access. It borders Xilianzhu Village Science and Education City to the west, Licheng Subdistrict to the east, and Gualv New City to the south. It occupies the three major functional areas of Zengcheng District: the south, middle and north sections. The project encompasses approximately 77,500 square meters, with a gross floor area of approximately 322,900 square meters and a plot ratio of 3.0. It offers five home layouts that cover from 75 to 115 square meters.
