A groundbreaking ceremony for Times Longxing (Panyu) of Guangzhou Branch (South) was held on March 27, 2020. General Manager Li Weihong of Guangzhou Branch (South), General Manager Huang Minhua of Jinlong Real Estate, CFO Kong Zhanbei of Jinlong Real Estate, General Manager Huang Suiyong of Times Architecture and Deputy General Manager Dong Yu of Guangzhou Branch (South) as well as management members of both companies, attended the event to witness the commemorative moment.

At the auspicious moment of 10:05 that morning, the groundbreaking ceremony began, as awaited by many people. Senior Manager Li Sheng of the Project Department delivered a speech introduced Times Longxing (Panyu) to the guests, and expressed his wish that the project would be a resounding success.

Thus, the simple but solemn groundbreaking ceremony began. Li Weihong, Huang Minhua, Huang Suiyong, Dong Yu, Kong Zhanbei, Kong Zhanpeng and Li Sheng stepped onto the stage and together announced the official commencement of Times Longxing (Panyu).

They performed the earth-moving ceremony with gold shovels in their hands, after which the roar of firecrackers echoed through the sky. The atmosphere was rich in drama and majesty. They prayed that the Times Longxing (Panyu) project would be a great success.
