The Tianpin project of Times Land (Zhongshan) was finally delivered to owners, bringing resolution to 692 days of dedicated effort. The entire Zhongshan Branch staff attached great importance to the project as its first delivery in 2020.

To further boost morale, the Project Department organized a delivery meeting for the day prior to delivery. Approximately 100 people were invited to the meeting, including the heads of the Engineering Maintenance Management Department of the Group's Project Management Center; Dong Jianjun, assistant to general manager (construction work) of the Zhongshan Branch; Xiao Taoyan, the general manager of the Times Neighborhood Zhongjiang Branch as well as personnel from the Project Department, Engineering Maintenance Department, Home Inspection Engineers' Department, the Property and Sales departments, the Customer Relationship Group and the Construction Unit.

At the meeting, Guo Tuming, head of the Project Department, and Yin Hang, head of the Maintenance Management Department of the Group's Project Management Center, reiterated the delivery requirements and matters needing attention. Xiao Taouan, the general manager of Times Neighborhood Zhongjiang Branch, and Liang Haifeng, the person responsible for supervision of heavy industry, mobilized Times Property Management and home inspection engineers. Everyone said they were fully prepared and confident in their conduct of the delivery. Thus, the customers were pleased with the start of a new lifestyle.

At the end of the meeting, Dong Jianjun, assistant to the general manager (construction work) of the Zhongshan Branch, made a summary of the meeting and announced general mobilization. Dong said, "The delivery of the Tianpin project has captured the attention of all members of the Zhongshan Branch. After almost two years of work, we're ready to accept the owners for their inspection tours. The project won't be a success unless the owners are satisfied. So, we must be diligent. Our job is to deliver a new home to every owner and do so with the very best service."

At the end of the meeting, the leaders reexamined the delivery arrangements one by one. The neatly arranged site was praised by the leaders.
