"NICE TO C YOU" | Times CR8 Kicks Off

The Times CR8 brand conference on the theme "NICE TO C YOU" kicked off at the Chimelong International Convention Center on the afternoon of May 20. More than 300 participants, including branded merchants, partners and top names in the industry and mainstream media witnessed the highlight of Times CR8.

Mr. Wu Chuankun, chairman of Winshang.com and vice president of the China General Chamber of Commerce (CGCC), delivered the opening speech. Ms. Wang Yuanyuan, general manager of Times Commercial, shared Times Commercial's ideas on and practices in business presence and innovation in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the past two decades. The team has applied the code of conduct through its aspirations, tastes and dedication to the construction of benchmark projects, including CR8.

Ms. Wang, in describing the origin of Times CR8, said, "Three years ago, the first question that came to mind was how to develop a product that would be popular even 10 or 20 years later, when we acquired this project. We grow together with brands by adhering to long-term value. We’ve integrated aspiration, taste and dedication to finally create this product." The eye-catching Times CR8 will be launched this year. It is an innovative masterpiece of Times Commercial, with scenario design and innovation in business patterns reflecting aspiration, taste and dedication.

Times CR8: Stylish social setting with quality, aesthetics and affection

Times Commercial Deputy General Manager Shen Peng and Times Commercial General Manager Huang Tao, in charge of shopping-mall operations, described Times CR8's charm and construction process from multiple aspects, such as project location, the advantages of the customer base, resource input, design concept, and operations and planning.

Mr. Huang cited data to indicate that the regional value of Panyu is worth rediscovery. Meanwhile, Times CR8, due to its regional advantages, is a rare location that integrates the characteristics of office functionality, residential life and tourism. The high passenger flow without an off season lays a foundation for differentiated commercial and social needs year-round. The project is centered on commercial and social needs, which are in turn based on the analysis of population trends, and accordingly it provides urban residents with quality life and rich social interaction. Thus, the planning of business patterns is pertinent and the number of stores is limited.

Mr. Shen, in reference to the project’s design concept, characterized Times CR8 as an immersive park for social interaction combining diverse arts and spatial aesthetics based on Times’ aesthetics, global perspective and international resources. Moreover, the project has attracted Mr. Jiang Ping, a respected Chinese-American architect, Mr. Li Baozhang, chief designer of Aoya, and Motse Gallery Studio. Through their work and interactions, nature and art are comingled in the social context. The imagination and sentiment in the commercial space are expressed in the design language.

New and current partners explore new scenarios for social interaction

Yueji and NIO, merchants from phase I of Times E-PARK (Panyu), along with the newly arriving brands Sekinana, Tim Hortons and Mo Xiangwan, discussed Times, the city and the future. Brand representatives shared their stories with Times and Panyu. Looking ahead, Times CR8 will join with multiple brands to create diverse social scenarios while inspiring new experiences in the realm of business.

The eagerly anticipated global business attraction was initiated at the end of the brand conference. The fall of the lever marked the start of the global business attraction of Times CR8, heralding the debut of 66 stores that are now open for investment.
