The groundbreaking ceremony for the Times Impression (Zhaoqing) project of Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch was held on the morning of August 8, 2021. The guests in attendance included Mr. Kang Feng, vice president of Times China Group and general manager of the Operations and Product Center; Mr. Zhang Zhixiong, assistant president of Times China Group; Mr. Zhu Shijian, deputy general manager of Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch; Mr. Zhou Yile, deputy general manager of Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch; Mr. Xu Zhuangbin, chief construction engineer of the Design and Development Center; Mr. Fang Yi, chief landscape engineer of the Design and Development Center; Mr. Dong Menglai, general manager of the Times Impression (Zhaoqing) project; and employee representatives from Times China Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch.

The solemn groundbreaking ceremony started at the auspicious moment of 11:00 a.m. amid the sound of firecrackers. Deputy General Manager Zhu Shijian delivered a speech in which he offered heartfelt thanks to the guests present. Additionally, he introduced the future development plan of the Times Impression (Zhaoqing) project and expressed hope for a bright future on behalf of Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch. However, he also stressed the need to reach each of its milestones with efficiency and excellence so as to ensure the smooth opening of the completed project.

Subsequently, Mr. Kang and Mr. Zhang led the assembled group in a prayer for blessings. Earth was heaped upon the foundation stone in an expression of hope that the project would have a lucky commencement and the benefits of a booming market.

The Times Impression project -- the sixth endeavor for Qingyuan-Zhaoqing-Zhanjiang Branch in Zhaoqing -- encompasses 69,999 square meters. To the north of the project are Zhenshan Lake and Zhaoqing Gymnasium, to the south is an experimental school, to the west is a matched sports park, and to the east is Bihai Wan community. The project boasts a superb landscape that bodes well for the ultimate comfort of the living environment. The Times Impression project will be built into a high-end urban residential model and will contribute to the construction and development of Zhaoqing by providing refined quality and premium services.
