Times E-PARK (Tianhe) Phase II
The exquisite, smart office carries wisdom across boundaries
As a benchmark project of Times Commercial Group’s standardized product series, Times E-PARK (Tianhe) Phase II embodies the core value of product creation in depth. Through intelligent control methods and green environment building, users are given efficient and comfortable experience with a high cost performance. It aims to develop a product taste exclusive to Times with artistic aesthetics as the inner gene in line with the “life stylist” brand proposition of Times China.
The project is designed to meet the spiritual needs of contemporary enterprises and office workers. As a whole, the 5A standards are used to speak a design vocabulary consistent with Art Deco, the ultimate expression of industrial modernism. The basic planning scheme of the park is based on the concept of a “business garden”, doing so with “garden-style office” and “green, healthy life” as the themes of design and two landscape axis lines as the main design motif, thus emphasizing the confluence of architectural layout and squares with the green, low-carbon, landscape design philosophy of the park, thereby enhancing the accessibility of the spaces. The success of the endeavor is demonstrated by its LEED Platinum certification.
A richly layered façade
The design aesthetics of the project comprise a multilevel homage to urban integration. The façade is mainly made of glass curtain walls, matched with elegant warm gray ceramic panels, so that the entire building façade presents a state of balance between virtuality and reality. Additionally, through the cantilevering of some glass, corners and setbacks are created to make the façade layers vivid and rich. Special recesses have also been created at the corners of the façade so as to inspire harmony with the immediate urban environment. Meanwhile, the ceramic panels and glass curtain walls integrate with the nighttime lighting system. Consequently, the façades throughout the group present subtle changes during the day and into the evening hours, reflecting that universally recognized transition. Part of the façade is consistent and unified with the project’s logo, veranda ceilings and landscape stairs to make it appear three-dimensional, thereby reflecting the values of “garden-style office” and “green, healthy life”.
A group of buildings that bespeak change
Times E-PARK (Tianhe) explores forward-looking products for the future of the office based on transportation hubs in new urban areas. It combines the highlights of class-A office buildings with those of a creative park, enhancing the sum with a superior user experience and a low-density garden environment. Based on the concepts of economy, practicality, efficient office work and green ecology, it facilitates cost reduction and efficiency improvement for enterprises while its amenities for business and living satisfy the desire for a pleasant office life. Consequently, this exquisite expression of the smart office carries wisdom across boundaries. Times E-PARK (Tianhe) is the place where tomorrow begins.
