“Times Fun-in” Times China’s First Quality Community Mall, Is Grandly Opened

“Midsummer August is like the bloom of youth!” Times China’s first quality community mall, Times Fun-in (Zhongshan), had its grand opening on August 7, 2021, marking a big step forward by the company in its program of retail development.

Times Fun-in, on its opening day, reported an occupancy rate of 100%, and almost 30 brands were able to enter the Zhongshan market. Statistically, image-update stores accounted for 60%, a fine performance indicator, and foot traffic exceeded 300,000 on the first day. It was a strong start in every respect.

The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Xu Chengbin, secretary of the CPC Committee of Shaxi Town, Zhongshan; Mr. Huang Jinghui, deputy secretary of the CPC Committee and mayor of Shaxi Town; Mr. Li Yubin, deputy mayor of Shaxi Town; Mr. Shum Chiu Hung, board chairman of Times China; Mr. Bai Xihong, vice chairman of Times China and board chairman of Times Neighborhood; and Mr. Zhang Jianhua, general manager of Times Commercial. Senior government officials, senior corporate executives and merchant representatives were also present for the festivities.

The REACTION Arena all-day sports-experience hall of nearly 1,600 square meters offers excitement around the clock. There are also numerous children’s brands, such as MOMYHOME and Explore Paradise, which boasts more than 1,000 square meters.
